When Rozz Switzer got divorced at forty, she thought she’d find herself trapped among a small group of romantic rejects and “age-appropriate” but boring men.
She was wrong.
The single mother, now 52, has revealed that ‘attractive men in their twenties’ are lining up to date her.
The Australian TV personality told FEMAIL that “MILF hunters” are quick to appear. And they are just as brazen in bars and cafes as they are on the internet.
“They see MILFs as ‘real women’ who can look them in the eye, hold a conversation without fiddling with their phones, and who know exactly what they want in bed,” she said.
Rozz has encountered a few “MILF hunters” in the eight years since her divorce and revealed exactly how to “spot one in the wild.”
“They are the ones who are very confident, the ones who are not shy about looking at you and winking at you from the other side of the bar,” he said.
‘They usually hang out in groups, but they’re the first to approach you and tell you how beautiful you are and ask if they can buy you a drink for your “25th birthday.”‘

The TV personality told FEMAIL that it doesn’t take long before ‘MILF hunters’ come calling.
Rozz added that they are happy to make all the first moves and will often get things going.
“They’ll make you laugh, flatter you with compliments and overwhelm you with their attention. Then they’ll ask you, ‘Have you ever been with a younger guy?'” she said.
And they are just as “obvious” on the Internet.
“They are the ones who say on their profile that they are 40 years old, but in their comments they let it be known that they are in their 20s,” he said.
Rozz said she recently spoke to someone who had changed their age from 24 to 42 on a popular dating app.
She called him ‘Harry’ to protect his privacy, but shared his profile and their first conversation.
Rozz has been single for eight years and was relieved to see “good-looking” men in her dating pool, even if they were less “age-appropriate.”
“His bio says ‘The Cougar Hunter is Back’ followed by a message with the good old chat starter line we call… Two Truths and a Lie,” he said.
The two truths and a lie read: ‘I’m 42, I played basketball with Ja Rule and I love surfing.’
He added: “I’ll leave it up to you to figure out what the lie is, but I think the answer is pretty simple.”
Harry’s true age was revealed in a profile photo that Rozz said “exuded confidence.”
She said that despite lying about his age, the young man’s tall height and good looks helped him cross the line.
‘He was wearing a pretty good suit… everything we expect from a guy, but in the wrong age range.’
She shared the profile of a man who is 49 years old.
The man “wasn’t her type,” but she noted that it takes less than 10 swipes to find a younger man who wants to be with an older woman.
To ‘investigate’, Rozz sent him a message asking what he likes about older women.
“I love the enthusiasm and excitement of an older woman. Girls my age are very self-centered and it’s hard to talk to them,” she replied.
“The mother in me wanted to correct his grammar,” Rozz laughed.
Another man named ‘Dale’ is 27 years old, but has indicated online that he is 49 years old.
He wrote: ‘I’m 27 but an older woman is my thing so we’ll see what happens here.’
She said his crotchless selfies and gym photos were “not his thing” but made him stand out.
The cougar hunter claimed to be 42 years old on his profile, but quickly revealed his lie.
“They are the most attractive in the ‘swipe left’ pile on dating apps and break up the monotony,” she said.
The problem, of course, is that most younger men have short-term romances in mind.
“There’s no expectation of anything other than maybe a drunk text at 2am saying ‘are you up?’ in a few weeks from one or the other to get back at it,” he said.
Rozz declined to confirm whether she had ever accepted romantic advances from any of the young men.
She admitted she once turned down cougars, but has softened to the dating phenomenon since becoming the target of dozens of “MILF hunters” over the years.
