Sportsmail’s expert tipster, Sam Turner, gives his verdict ahead of day five at Royal Ascot.
2.30: Alfred Munnings quickly became a favorite for this after winning on debut, but that victory was achieved in a modest time. In contrast, FINN’S CHARM won well in Musselburgh in a very respectable time and offers more value. Faisal Road caught the eye of Yarmouth.

3.05: NOBLE TRUTH may not have beaten much at Newmarket in April but could hardly have been more impressive. Seven furlongs on fast terrain look his optimum conditions. Star Girls Aalmal posted a career best in the Irish 1,000 Guineas and should appreciate this drop in the journey.

3.40: St Leger winner and Arc third HURRICANE LANE is the clear form choice but has been out for 258 days. Solid Stone has appeared as if a move to 12f could bring further improvement, while Broome should be sharper for its comeback.

4.20: Stall one may not be ideal for CREATIVE FORCE, but he won two of the three races today. Given that Home Office had the quality to beat runaway King’s Stand winner Nature Strip two starts ago, he could take a beating in this sprint.

5.00: Rohaan picked FRESH in this event 12 months ago, but the roster may take revenge as he seems to be in better shape than his old opponent. Tabdeed ran a fine race last time in defeat at Haydock and would appreciate racing back over course and distance.

5.35: Trainer George Boughey landed his first Royal Ascot winner this week with Inver Park and his Missed The Cut has a live shot in this one after two smooth wins. However, HONITON let it be known that he is a class act with a big maiden win at Sandown. Falling Shadow stormed to Newbury and gives Godolphin a strong hand.

6.10: The prospect of thunderstorms will be music to Trueshan’s connections after he missed Thursday’s Gold Cup due to fast ground. His participation is dependent on significant rain.
