She rocked a skimpy $295 lilac Net-A-Porter swimsuit as she posed up a storm in her luxurious bathroom.
The former Sweaty Betty owner pulled her golden locks into a messy bun while taking mirror selfies.
Her latest post comes after she detailed her harrowing experience with Ozempic, revealing her shocking health scare after overdosing on the drug.
Ozempic is a diabetes medication that is also sold privately for weight loss, and celebrities such as Sharon Osbourne and Amy Schumer have admitted to using the medication.
Roxy bought Ozempic on the black market in a bid to lose weight, and had two pens delivered from Nowra, New South Wales to Sydney in an Uber that cost her $2500.
However, he overdosed after taking one milligram of the diabetes treatment in his first dose, four times the amount prescribed by a doctor.

She admitted she felt like she was going to die after the overdose and was hospitalized with a terrifying health scare.
“The consequences of this were that I think I’m going to die,” he said. 7NEWS Featured in a candid interview in April.
‘In the morning I was driving to work. She was sweating. I was very hot and then I kept vomiting non-stop.
“That night I ended up in the hospital. They had never seen this before. This was the first time they had seen an overdose of Ozempic.
‘Just like the shaking, my whole body was shaking, I couldn’t control my legs. It’s like I have no control of my body.’
Roxy had obtained the drug illegally in a desperate attempt to lose the 15kg she gained while treating her breast cancer with the hormone therapy Tamoxifen.
Roxy said she spent three days recovering from epilepsy-style seizures and said it was worse than her 2016 battle with breast cancer, in which she had to endure six weeks of radiation and partial removal surgery.
And he added: ‘Literally, I really thought this was it. ‘I’ve been sick in my time. Cancer was a walk in the park compared to how bad I felt for those three days.’
Roxy had obtained the drug illegally in a desperate attempt to lose the 15kg she gained while treating her breast cancer with the hormone therapy tamoxifen.
“I was actually like a junkie. I look back at it now and I was like an addict,” she said.
‘I thought I was really going to die. I’ve had cancer, radiation therapy, all that. “It doesn’t even compare to how bad I felt when I took this medicine,” Roxy added to The Saturday Telegraph.

Ozempic has been a hot topic in Hollywood, with stars either admitting to using the diabetes drug to lose weight or outright denying it.
Semaglutide is sold under the brand names Ozempic and Rybelsus as an antidiabetic medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
It is also sold under the brand name Wegovy as an anti-obesity drug for long-term weight control.
The drugs act like a hormone in the brain that makes people feel less hungry and slows the removal of food from the stomach, which stimulates weight loss.
Celebrities including Elon Musk, Remi Bader and Chelsea Handler have revealed they used the drug to help reduce fat, while doctors have criticised its popularity among stars.
