It’s not exactly Jumping Jack Flash – but at least Rolling Stone’s Ronnie Wood is trying to get himself started as he enjoys a family day on a Spanish beach.
The former Hell’s Man, 75, was pictured doing some stretching when the mercury reached 21C on the coast near Barcelona last week.
Wood and his third wife of 45 years – TV and theater producer Sally – own a house nearby and spend the day on the sand with their six-year-old twins Gracie and Alice.
While Sally played with her daughters in the water, the star took it easy — settling on his own sun lounger with a holiday paper wrap.

The bestselling book, A Stranger In The House, by Shari Lapina, is about a newlywed couple whose comfortable lives are thrown into chaos when the wife goes missing and is involved in a mysterious car crash on the wrong side of town.
Ronnie has been through some romantic rollercoasters of his own, but his marriage to Sally has been remarkably uneventful and stable.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2012, were in usual good spirits for the outing to the beach, arriving with their arms wrapped around each other.
The guitarist quit smoking after undergoing treatment for lung cancer in 2017 and has been sober since 2010.
Wood has four more children — Jesse, 46, with first wife Chrissie Findlay, and 44-year-old Leah and Tyrone, with his ex-wife Jo. He also adopted Joe’s son Jimmy, 48.
