Ron Meyer, the vice chairman who parted ways with NBCUniversal in 2020 amid a blackmail scandal surrounding an extramarital affair with actress Charlotte Kirk, has also been linked to an affair with the former beauty queen who briefly worked as her manager.
Sources said The Hollywood Reporter Thursday that news Meyer dated Liz Fuller, 48, in 2019 before leaving the broadcasting giant amid allegations of hush money payments to Kirk, 32, after Fuller and Kirk began working together in recent weeks.
Kirk and Fuller, who was Miss Great Britain in 1996-1997, stopped working together after THR contacted them about their ties to Meyer. Details were unclear as to how the women initially crossed paths.
Meyer’s 25-year run at NBCUniversal ended in August 2020 after he acknowledged settling a lawsuit with Kirk, who is still pursuing a substantial portion of the payment Meyer had previously agreed to, according to THR.
Kirk, who was also linked to a high-profile affair with ex-Warner Bros. Entertainment executive Kevin Tsujihara, which led to his departure from the company in March 2019, shortly before Meyer and Fuller crossed paths.
Meyer parted ways with NBCUniversal after admitting that he and Kirk had been involved in a sexual relationship in 2013, when she was 18. Insiders told THR that Meyer entered into a $2 million agreement with Kirk not to make the information public.

Fuller spoke about her affair with Meyer in April 2019 in an email sent in January 2021 at a time when she was looking for an attorney “presumably to take action against Meyer” following his departure from NBCUniversal in 2020 under the aforementioned conditions, according to the outlet.
Fuller said a client she had, who Meyer — then executive vice president of NBCUniversal — trained at the gym, introduced them.
Fuller said of Meyer in her communications reviewed by THR: “He was flirting and gave me the impression that he was looking for love and seriously wanted to date me.
“He assured me he was the nicest guy in town, that age didn’t matter, and handed over the CAA Powerhouse book (written by author James Andrew Miller in 2016) so I could read about who he was.”
Fuller said in her email from Meyer, “He gave me the impression he was a gentleman and again assured me he was not a player.”
Meyer, who had been single when he crossed paths with Fuller, had breakfast with her at Cecconi’s restaurant in West Hollywood, California.
They eventually connected in a meeting that Fuller described in her email as “passionate… and sexy.”
Fuller said she was “literally putty and vulnerable in his company,” but ultimately felt “played.”

Meyer was accused in an email of threatening that he would have the “biggest hammer in” Hollywood in terms of professional influence
Fuller said her mutual contact with Meyer told her he saw an actress walking out of his bedroom at 6 a.m.
Fuller said in her email, “I said, wow, who was she? He said she is a famous brunette in her 30s who appears in Universal films, but wouldn’t say who.’
Fuller said that when she confronted Meyer with the information, he told her she was “a blonde beauty queen and he thought (she) was a nice girl,” and later became more hostile in his tone.
Fuller said Meyer bragged that he “owned the biggest hammer in this city and could professionally bring it down on (her) at any time.”
Fuller said in a Nov. 12 Instagram post that she was representing Kirk, according to THR, writing, “Excited to be working with the exceptional Charlotte Kirk! Maybe single-handedly the lead-up to and the coming bad a**.”
The outlet reported that they were told by “a friend of Fuller (who) declined to give her name” that Fuller “is no longer Kirk’s manager,” adding that Kirk’s agent had learned of the news through their reporting heard.
