Roger Goodell has signed a contract extension with the NFL.
The NFL commissioner has signed a new deal that will keep him at the helm of the league through March 2027. The announcement was made as NFL owners met in New York this week.
“The Compensation Committee today announced to full ownership that an agreement has been reached to extend commissioner Roger Goodell’s contract for another three years, through March 2027,” the league said in a statement Wednesday.
Goodell has made the league’s media partnerships a top priority, as he wrote in a September 6 cover story for The Hollywood Reporter.
More to come.
