EXCLUSIVE
Dentist Maged Farag, his wife Neven and their three children look like the picture of a quintessential rich and prosperous family from Sydney’s lush southern suburbs.
They own a manicured $4 million oceanfront mansion, two luxury vehicles and, until recently, ran a successful dental clinic that had operated in nearby Rockdale for more than six years.
But the family is embroiled in a legal battle as the 60-year-old father-of-three is accused of violating his position of trust by drugging a woman and sexually assaulting her at his dental clinic.
Police will allege the woman had applied for a position with the company when Farag asked her to come to training shifts outside of working hours.
But once there, he allegedly convinced her to strip naked for a ‘skin exam’, applying laughing gas to her, then rubbing her body and sucking on her nipple.
After the woman reported the alleged incident to police, detectives allegedly found nude images of her on her phone, as well as intimate photographs of several other women, which are now the subject of further investigation.
But despite the accusations against her husband, Mrs Farag, who did administrative and reception work in her family business, loyally supports him.

Together, the couple have built a wealthy life in Sydney’s south, where they own the aforementioned $4 million waterfront property.
His family business has been closed following the accusations.
In his bid for bail last month, she offered to supervise the very limited activities he is allowed under strict “home detention” while his matter remains before the court.
During the hearing in the New South Wales Supreme Court, prosecutors opposed bail.
“If the (new) facts are accepted, they suggest that the applicant pressured young women or, at the very least, took advantage of a young woman in the area of his professional life,” his writings read.
However, their application was ultimately successful and the couple found $1 million collateral to secure their release, a sum that will be lost if Farag, a dual Australian-Egyptian national, fails to appear in court.
On Thursday, the couple were seen leaving their palatial home to attend Miranda police station as part of Farag’s strict bail conditions, which require him to report to officers seven days a week.
Under the terms, he is also only allowed to leave home to report to police, meet with his lawyers, attend court, or obtain medical treatment; all of which, by order of the court, must be done in the company of his wife. .
During an outing earlier this week, the couple went to great lengths to shield him from the media and public while heading to a date in their Mercedes.
As Farag drove, her husband, instead of sitting in the front passenger seat, cowered in the back, sunglasses on his face and clothes hanging inside the vehicle to hide the rear windows.
In another show of support, Ms Farag has maintained a united front on social media.
Her Facebook profile remains a photo of her standing next to her husband, wrapped in his embrace, as he lovingly holds her under his right arm.
Farag was arrested Sept. 19 after a 21-year-old woman filed a complaint with police that she had allegedly been sexually assaulted at his Rockdale clinic.
The couple left in their Mercedes earlier this week to comply with their bail conditions.
Farag must comply with strict conditions, including reporting to police at the Miranda police station once a day.
Police will allege her ordeal began when she applied for a part-time job at the practice and was told there were two positions available – a dental assistant/receptionist and a medical staff position – as part of a new cosmetics company Farag planned to run. .
According to police charges filed in court last month, the woman went to the clinic three times after hours to meet Farag for training sessions. The daily telegraph reported.
The woman told police that Farag allegedly made her sign a confidentiality agreement during the first session earlier. asking him to remove all his clothes so he could “inspect his skin.”
He then allegedly took photographs of her and spread her legs during the examination.
Police will allege that during their third session he again asked her to strip naked to take more photographs before drugging her with nitrous oxide.
Farag then allegedly proceeded to touch her breasts, moved his fingers around her vagina and inner thighs, then lay down next to her on the bed and began sucking on her right nipple, according to court documents.
Police will allege the woman “panicked” and jumped, causing Farag to fall to the ground, at which point she realized he had also taken off his shirt.
Farag allegedly repeatedly apologized and left the room, then the woman got dressed and left the clinic.
Ms Farag is pictured hanging around the couple’s multimillion-dollar home earlier this week.
She reported the alleged incident to police the next day.
He also allegedly told her during one of the sessions that he would give her payments and free dental work if she wrote good Google reviews about his business, according to court documents.
The family’s dental clinic in Rockdale is now listed online as permanently closed, and Farag is prohibited from practicing dentistry (operating any other commercial services) as part of his bail conditions.
You are also prohibited from participating in the hiring, training or interviewing of staff.
The Health Practitioners Regulation Agency also formally suspended Farag’s medical registration.
Since Farag’s arrest, the Bay Street company has shut down its website, which was once filled with glowing reviews.
On the page, the Farags wrote that they were “very passionate” about the well-being of their patients and “pay close attention to their needs with the desire to create the solution that best fits their needs.”
“It is important to us to establish a relationship of trust with you,” their “About Us” page said.
“We are committed to exceeding your expectations by providing you with unparalleled service, paying attention to detail and demonstrating a passion for excellence.”
Farag has been charged with taking an intoxicating substance to commit an indictable offense and aggravated sexual touching.
He will next appear at Sydney’s Downing Center Local Court on December 17.
