& # 39; Everyone was surprised. Nobody really could believe it. Even Simon Cowell did not know, & # 39; told a resident of X Factor to The Sun.

& # 39; We've seen a lot of Robbie and Ayda lately. They have had a great shape in the jury panel. The fact that they went through so much behind the scenes has come out of nowhere, & # 39; she added.

& # 39; But everyone is naturally very happy with this and we look forward to seeing them again in the next phase of filming. & # 39;

MailOnline contacted Simon's representative for comments.

& # 39; It has been a very long and difficult path to get here, and that is why we have kept it at bay.

"Family comes in all forms, and this little lady, who is organically ours, was carried by an incredible surrogate mother, to whom we will be eternally grateful. & # 39;

She continued: "We are very happy to have this beautiful baby girl in our lives and so blessed that we live in a world that makes this possible.

HOW COMMON IS SURROGACY IN THE UK?

Surrogacy is becoming increasingly prevalent in the UK – with legal applications regarding surrogacy increased sixfold in ten years.

In 2007 there were only 55 applications for parental orders in England – the process of transferring legal parenting from the surrogate to the intended parents. This increased to 316 in 2016.

The Department of Health and Social Care has said that the turnout reflects a broader diversity of families, with more pairs of LGTBQ + and those with fertility problems that focus on surrogacy & # 39 ;.

Some hospitals have insisted that surrogate mothers hand their baby over to the intended parents in hospital car parks – out of fear that hospitals might get caught up in legal disputes about the child's upbringing rights.

But the guidance of DoH is: & # 39; there is no reason why the & # 39; transfer of the baby to the intended parents outside the hospital would take place and the hospital staff should not suggest this & # 39 ;.

The news comes as a complete surprise because it was unknown that the couple was on this trip.

Ayda and Robbie are already parents of Theodora Rose Williams, five and Charlton Valentine Williams, three.

In May, a source told Metro that they wanted more children.

They said: "Ayda and Robbie could not be happier with their private lives, but feel that there would be another baby who would complete their family.

They hope that it will happen to them quickly, but it is difficult for them to spend a lot of time together because they sometimes soak for weeks.

& # 39; But it is at the top of their agenda as they free up time from their hectic schedules.

It is a busy time for them as they are both members of the new X Factor series, so they will undoubtedly have their hands full.

They would have signed a £ 10 million deal to participate in this series.

Robbie referred famous to the experience of watching Ayda give birth to their son Charlie, as being "watching his favorite pub burn up."

Four years ago, Robbie let the whole world share in the labor of his wife.

Robbie has tweeted live images of legs in braces, turned feet in red shimmering stilettos while Ayda joked and laughed through the birth.

However, she found it hilarious to write: "I thought the idea was genius. It reminded me of everything – especially the pain. & # 39;

And Ayda later admitted that it was her idea to document the birth of the second child of the couple through a series of bizarre videos of social media that went viral online.

The American star talked about her children's experiences on Loose Women when she revealed that she was encouraging her fun-loving husband to go around & # 39; to distract her from the pain.

The birth of Robbie and Ayda & # 39; s son Charlie was caught in front of the camera when the former Take That star placed a series of bizarre videos and photos that left him with his wife at the hospital in LA see.

She explained that many people did not believe she really liked it when the video's and photos were shared online, and the actress said: "I was really giving birth, I have to say that for poor Rob he took a lot of anti-aircraft, but it was my idea. & # 39;

We did not want to do it, it started out as a joke, I put them in the stirrups and asked if I wanted to tweet it. & # 39;

& # 39; When Ayda goes to work, she comes right, & # 39; wrote the funny man at the same time as the cut.

Robbie went on video to share and let the couple dance in their hospital room, as he sang his hits while Ayda had contractions.

& # 39; It was 3 hours & # 39; in the morning, a working period of 17 hours. It kept me distracted, we came up with all sorts of funny things, & # 39; Ayda told her Loose Women colleagues.

& # 39; It is our sense of humor, we are crazy. But I did not think it would be viral. About an hour after the birth, a lady came by and said, "Oh my god, those videos are so funny!". Then a cleaner told us that she had seen us on Spanish television that morning and another said that we were on Good Morning America and I was going to treasure what had happened? & # 39; & # 39;

In 2014 Robbie told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: & # 39; I am addicted to everything that makes me think.

& # 39; It used to be food, drugs, sex, internet, smoking or TV. Now it is my daughter. & # 39;

He said: & # 39; I am in a substantive phase of my life. That is because I am married to a child. I am less reckless. I thought it was all about the cars and the clothes, the girls and the house. But that's nothing for me.

& # 39; In a girl, it has a different purpose than my own ego. I am now tied to the planet. & # 39;
