Rob Gronkowski has shared one attribute that Travis Kelce has about him, as the former Patriots tight end had nothing but good things to say about his Chiefs counterpart.
On Friday, ‘Gronk,’ 35, was stopped by YouTuber Funny Marco at Fanatics Fest, where he connected with his former Patriots teammate and ‘brother’ Tom Brady, when he was asked an intriguing question he probably wasn’t expecting.
—Last question: Do you prefer Kelce? —the amused Marco dared to ask.
—Oh, man… For longevity, yeah —Gronk replied.
“Right now?” Marco added amused before the four-time Super Bowl champion replied: “Yeah. He’s still playing… I’m not. I’m on the bench.”

The former Patriots tight end admitted that Travis Kelce had an edge over him on one pass.
Interestingly, Gronk and Kelce were born in the same year in 1989, but were drafted three years apart.
Gronk played 11 NFL seasons in his career with the Pats and Bucs, while Kelce is set to enter his 12th year with the Chiefs.
Gronk also weighed in on who he’d pick between Kelce and 49ers tight end George Kittle.
“I’ll stick with Kelce,” said the 2014 NFL Comeback Player of the Year.
“Because he’s done more in the Super Bowl than Kittle. So it’s Kelce…”
Gronk and Kelce were born in the same year in 1989 even though the former retired in 2021.
Kelce’s Chiefs have beaten Kittle’s 49ers in two Super Bowls, including in Las Vegas in February.
However, despite that, both tight ends are close off the field.
They were spotted partying together on stage at a Nashville bar in June.
