Rita Ora has revealed that she is terrified after having undergone a tonsillectomy and admits that it has given her time to “relax and heal.”
The singer, 29, went to Instagram to post a few photos of herself who painted Valentine’s Day cards by hand, in addition to a long caption.
She wrote: ‘So in the last 2 weeks I have had a Tonsillectomy and let me tell you, it’s no joke.

Therapeutic: she revealed that she had spent the day painting handmade Valentine’s Day cards for her loves
“It’s SO painful, but on the positive side it has given me time to relax and heal. It is a blessing to be able to heal in peace and to put everything in perspective and to visualize the rest of your year and what is coming or what you want to achieve.
“I am such a believer in setting intentions in the universe while it DOES listen. Learning new things has always been an obsession of mine. ”
She continued: ‘I am absolutely not a Monet, but I love a color damn. So I made some affordable fast vday cards for the ones I love. ❤️ Happy Valentine’s Day lovers. “
Sharing with her fans: Rita shared this long message about how she felt on social media
Her good friend Charli xcx wrote: “Babe you are too cute.”
Sofia Richie wrote: “I love you,” alongside some heart emojis.
And her mother, Vera Ora, wrote: “Be my Valentine zog.”
Rita recently had the word “zog” tattooed under her ear to pay homage to Vera, who used the nickname when Rita grew up.

Clearly pleased with Rita’s new tattoo, Vera grumbled in a remark “YES & ALWAYS,” while her sister Elena shared some heart emojis.

Rita’s message comes after she admitted that fans only see the ‘workaholic and thick skin’ side of her while she is stunned for a new photo shoot for LOVE Magazine.
She candidly revealed that although fans seem to have a hard-working bias against her, she is in fact “vulnerable, sensitive and quite emotional.”
The hit maker of Anywhere said: ‘I have partyed so much and I just felt that the time was right to do something else for my birthday. So I thought, let’s go into the desert, let’s take a walk, let’s breathe in some fresh air for a change.
“People see the workaholic, self-willed, big twenties, but there is another side to me, one that is vulnerable, sensitive and quite emotional.”
Tribute: Earlier this month the singer showed a tattoo that she received in honor of her mother Vera, who calls her Zog
