Rita Ora and boyfriend Taika Waititi socialize at Kate Beckinsale’s 48th birthday party… after THAT triple kiss with Tessa Thompson
Thor director Taika Waititi and singer Rita Ora went public with their unlikely romance just three months ago.
And the pair looked in love on Tuesday as they attended Kate Beckinsale’s 48th birthday party.
Photos from the soiree show the pair socializing together at Kate’s house, rubbing shoulders with other celebrity guests, including Australian actor Jai Courtney.

Other photos show Rita, 30, and her New Zealand-born beau, 45, taking crazy poses as they stand next to decorative lion statues in the backyard.
Proving the adage that “couples who dress together, stay together,” Rita and Taika both wore matching all-black outfits for the event.
Also attending the exclusive bash were American actress Laverne Cox, British actor Damson Idris and Kate’s daughter Lily Sheen.

Taika and Rita made headlines in May when they were spotted in a steamy clinch with actress Tessa Thompson, 37, while on the balcony of his Sydney home.
The trio closed their mouths after parting all night during a break from filming the upcoming Marvel sequel, Thor: Love and Thunder, which is slated to release in May 2022.
Tessa plays Valkyrie, who is known for being the first LGBT character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, while Rita was in Sydney filming her jury role on The Voice Australia.

Taika has maintained that the hug was “no problem” despite reports that he was “reprimanded” by Marvel executives for his behavior.
When asked if he was upset by the media attention the photos received, the filmmaker said: AND Canada : ‘Not really. I think in the world of the internet everything disappears pretty quickly.
‘And also, ‘Is it that important?’ No not really. I didn’t do anything wrong. It is well.’

While there’s no suggestion he did anything wrong, later reports surfaced that executives at Disney-owned Marvel Studios weren’t happy.
‘[It’s] not exactly the image they want to project with regard to one of their biggest franchises,” an industry insider said at the time.
The source added that Waititi’s reputation as a “party animal” was no secret at Marvel, but the pictures “exceeded” nonetheless.
Waititi was married to fellow Kiwi filmmaker Chelsea Winstanley from 2011 to 2018. The former couple share two children, Te Hinekaahu, eight, and Matewa, five.
