Speak against BuzzFeed News of the gifts, Paige Oakes, the center’s director of community relations, confessed: “We were just in shock.”
“We waited this whole time for a response from Rihanna — not really thinking it would ever happen because we know she’s busy and we didn’t really know if she saw it or not.
“It made our day knowing it reached her and she got to look at it and enjoy seeing our residents dancing to her music and having fun.”
The ladies initially shared their video on Feb. 23 on the app, writing, “Our halftime show > Rihanna’s halftime show.”
The internet seemingly agreed with their sentiment, instantly sending the video to viral status within hours.
The TikTok has passed three million likes and received thousands of comments wishing them well.
Three of the dancers in the video recently sat down with Fox & Friends and explained how they came up with the idea and how they got their part.
Pat, Dora and Sue – three of the dancers – told the Fox host that their social director came up with the idea and pitched it to the group.

Dora, who played “Rihanna,” said she thinks she was chosen for a number of reasons.
“I think I had the biggest swing,” she said, while Pat and Sue joked it was just because Dora had the red outfit to go with the part.
Sue, who blows the kiss at the beginning, said she showed it to her family and they loved the idea and the performance.
Pat’s family agreed, saying her daughters called her “cheeky” for participating.
The viral video’s comments were flooded with similar praise for the older women who haven’t let old age stop them from having fun.
However, this is not their viral video as they have been creating content for weeks and are already on their way to becoming full-fledged ‘influencers’.
The Arcadia Senior Living Facility currently has over 114,000 followers on TikTok.
