Rihanna is reportedly selling a luxury LA penthouse once owned by Matthew Perry – less than a year after buying the 40th floor.
The 36-year-old singer bought the home last spring from Afterpay co-founder Nick Molnar, who bought it from the late Friends star back in 2021.
Now Rihanna is reportedly selling it for just under $25 million, according to Robb report.
The Diamonds singer has reportedly yet to move into the unit and has been trying to find an off-market buyer for the past few months. Robb Robert claims that the current listings for the unit have photos of ‘clearly staged interiors.’
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Rihanna for comment.
