Kelly Cadigan, who is based in the US, recently went viral on TikTok after revealing that she believes minors should not be allowed to move medically.

In a video shared last month, Kylie said she believes the “vision” that people like Caitlynn Jenner have brought to the “transgender community” has “brought it down.”
“It wasn’t something that had just been taught to them, that they didn’t pick it up and hear it somewhere and think, ‘Oh, I want that label. ‘” “
Kelly explained that she believes transgender people “should go through a lot of therapy ‘to make sure it’s right for them'” before the transition process begins.

“Back before people knew what it meant to be trans, before Caitlynn Jenner came out, it meant a lot when a kid said, ‘I feel like I’m trans,’ because they didn’t really know what it was supposed to be trans,” she explained. after her fundus surgery
She also strongly believes that you must be at least 18 years old before you are allowed to start hormone replacement therapy or undergo surgery.
She continued, “If you want to call me conservative, call me conservative, but I believe in protecting children.”
They (people who move) must be over the age of 18, and I say that as someone who moved at 15.
“The age in this country at which you can approve a drug is 18, I feel like this is what hormone replacement therapy should be.
I’m not saying you can’t try on clothes when you’re younger, and I don’t see the harm in that. But honestly, I’m very lucky that I don’t regret the decision I made at the age of 15.
Kelly noted that while she’s happy with the results of her transition — she’s had two breast augmentations and lower back surgery — “not everyone” feels the way she does, and some even realize it was a mistake afterward but can’t go back.

She added, “It wasn’t something that was just taught to them, they didn’t just pick it up and hear it somewhere and think, ‘Oh, I want that label’.”

Kelly (seen after her breast augmentation surgery) noted that while she’s happy with the results of her transition, “not everyone” feels the way she does.

She added, “It’s because kids get fed up with this stuff thinking they’re mutants, mutants, and then they feel remorse.”

Then they can’t get out of the body because of the permanent changes that hormones bring about.
“I try to protect people and you guys make me look like a monster.”
In a second video, Kelly called transitioning “a permanent, life-altering decision,” while talking about some of the downsides or complications that can arise during the process.
She noted that some puberty blockers can cause sterilization, adding: “Do you think a 14-year-old should make that choice?

Kelly’s videos have generated thousands of comments from some people who agreed with her and others who disagreed

West Virginia recently joined 11 other states that have already passed laws or policies that restrict health care to gender-affirming people under the age of 18.
I love being female now, I love my transition, but I was in such a hurry. I wanted to get HRT as soon as possible, which is what the doctors pushed me to do.
And now, I can’t have a biological child. Because I didn’t want to spend time going to a bank. These are kids, kids are impulsive. Protect children.
according to Oregon Health & Science UniversityPuberty blockers alone do not affect your ability to conceive a child, but when mixed with certain hormones can cause sterilization.
