The personal assistant and stylist, who was given the new title of “senior private executive assistant” to William and Catherine, has been showing off her Cartier watch on social media.
It appears to be a £5,900 Ballon Bleu, as the princess has been photographed in the past.
Catherine’s sister, Pippa Matthews, owns an even more expensive watch from the same Cartier range.

Natasha’s promotion in ‘Girl Friday’ has been interpreted in royal circles as a reward for her loyalty.
The 36-year-old has been pictured carrying Catherine’s suitcases on and off planes during royal tours.
The move follows reports that she personally picked up the princess from the London Clinic after her abdominal operation earlier this year.
After that, she was brought into the inner circle of select friends and family who have been supporting Catherine in her private battle with cancer.
Sources say Archer, who has two children with her husband, royal photographer Chris Jackson, has dedicated herself to her employer.
He has been inseparable from Catherine in recent months, often helping her on her journeys to and from her hospital appointments.
A source told the Mail on Sunday: “Natasha deserves this boost – she is unfailingly low-key and loyal to Kate.”
