Sting and Trudie ferment and bottle their own wines in the Il Palagio vineyards, using organic farming methods.
To date, they have replanted 11 hectares of vineyards since 2000, resulting in four red wines.
The wines they produce have beautiful names like Message in a Bottle, Casino delle Vie, Sister Moon and When We Dance.
There is also a shop on the farm offering products such as olive oil and honey.
The picturesque grounds are open for weddings and private parties with six cabins that can accommodate 50 guests.

Last month, Richard shared the sweet moment his daughter Olivia married his financial partner Florian Herbst, three years after losing his own wife Joan to a battle with lung cancer.
Olivia Grant, a casting associate whose film credits include last year’s record-breaking Barbie movie, exchanged vows with Herbst on Monday during a ceremony attended only by her father and the groom’s parents.
Confirming the news on X, previously on Twitter, Withnail & I star Grant, 67, revealed they celebrated the nuptials with a seafood dinner at Mayfair restaurant Scott’s before spending the night at The Ritz.
She captioned the post: ‘Our beloved daughter @OliviaGranted married Florian Herbst yesterday in a civil ceremony attended by only her parents and myself. The wedding breakfast was at Scott’s and there was a truly spectacular dinner and sleepover. We were treated like royalty!’
The celebration comes three years after Joan Washington, Grant’s wife of 35 years and mother of Olivia, died following a battle with stage four lung cancer.
Dialect coach Joan tragically passed away aged 75, eight months after being diagnosed with the disease.
Grant confirmed his daughter’s engagement in October, with the actor sharing four images of Olivia, Herbst and her massive diamond ring.
She wrote: ‘Our beloved daughter @oliviagranted got engaged to Florian Herbst this weekend. Pockets are full of happiness!!!
Herbst, a Cambridge-educated Austrian financier, currently works as corporate finance director at Village Hotels.
She graduated from Cambridge in 2014 with a BA in Land Economics, combining “law and economics with environment, business, finance and resource management”.
Before moving to England, Herbst completed a three-year Bachelor of Science degree in International Business at the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
Grant previously revealed the “amazing mantra” he has followed since the death of his late wife.
The actor told how his wife gave him words to live by in the days leading up to her death, which has helped him deal with the “abyss of grief” ever since.
Talking about The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show With Helena Bonham Carter, he said: ‘She told me four days before she died, she told my daughter and me: ‘I know you’re going to be sad, but try to find a little happiness in every day.’
‘It’s been an incredible mantra to navigate the abyss of grief over the past 15 months and I’m grateful for that.’
Grant also said he misses Joan most in the winter period, during Christmas and their wedding anniversary in November.
Speaking in 2023, he told the Radio times‘Our wedding anniversary is November 1st, Joan’s birthday is December 21st, there’s Christmas Day and then Olly’s birthday (her nickname for her daughter Olivia) is January 4th.
‘Last year, Olly and his partner Florian were so generous enough to invite me to Venice and then to visit their family in Southern Austria, which was absolutely magical.

‘This year I’m going to the Caribbean with both of them, so I don’t have to be in London at Christmas.’
