Real Housewives Of Salt Like City star Lisa Barlow is facing a new lawsuit over her popular Vida Tequila line, two months after a longtime friend sued her.
Lisa, 49, and her husband and Vida Tequila co-owner John Barlow are being accused of failing to repay a $400,000 loan to the company, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Thursday.

Plaintiff William M. McGeary claims that John approached his son seeking to cover the costs of raw materials needed to fulfill Vida Tequila’s orders.
The documents state that McGreary agreed to lend the couple $400,000 through his trust and that the money was to be repaid by December 27, 2023.

Lisa, 49, and her husband, John Barlow, are being accused of failing to repay a $400,000 loan to the company, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
McGreary said he explicitly stated in a November 2023 letter to Lisa and John that he expected the debt to be paid in full by the December due date.
But McGreary claims in her lawsuit that the couple has yet to repay the money they borrowed.
The new lawsuit comes just two months after Lisa was named in a lawsuit with Vida Tequila and her company Luxe Marketing over what a former friend says is a total of $410,842.36 in unpaid loans.
TMZ It was reported in June that Lisa is being sued by Bart Carlson, who is described as a longtime friend of the reality TV personality.
Carlson said in legal documents that the New York-born reality star, who has lived in Utah for decades, asked him for financing multiple times between May 2010 and February 2018, amid critical financial problems facing his businesses.
Carlson said that because of his long friendship with Barlow, the two did not set a timetable for the return of the funds.
Carlson told the court that repeated attempts to collect from Barlow were in vain as she told him she could not compensate him for past loans either personally or with funds from the companies involved.
At the time, Barlow issued a statement to Dailymail.com regarding the lawsuit, confirming his long-standing friendship with Carlson and responding to his claims of debt.
She said: ‘Bart Carlson was a business partner in a Park City restaurant and, I thought, a friend. I am deeply saddened that he has decided, nine years after our restaurant business ceased to operate, to pursue money from him.
‘To be very clear, the claim that I owe money to Bart or his company is false. I pay my bills and obligations and always have done so. Furthermore, Bart has no interest in Luxe Marketing or Vida Tequila and has not invested in either company.’

Barlow concluded by saying: “I hope the truth comes out and I intend to hold Bart fully accountable for any damage this personal attack may cause to me or my business.”
According to a bio on Bravo, Barlow is described as a “serial entrepreneur” who “owns several businesses including LUXE Marketing, VIDA Tequila, and her latest venture with her children, Fresh Wolf.”
The biography noted that Barlow’s “luxuries and expensive tastes” bothered some women on the Bravo series, where he clashed with co-star Monica Garcia.
In a bio on her personal website, Reallisabarlow.com, Barlow describes herself as “the definition of a serial entrepreneur” who “has owned everything from upscale restaurants to luxury liquor brands.”
She said that “her marketing company, LUXE, is well known in the entertainment industry for making things happen – from finding the perfect deal for a celebrity to creating the perfect space and environment for the launch of a new movie or TV show.”
Barlow said he is “always true to his brand” Vida Tequila, hoping to “better embody what Mexico is today”: “Mature, modern and complex.”
Barlow spoke to Utah Business last August about the development of his companies and touted their financial successes.
“The first year I launched Luxe, profits were slim, but that was only for the first year,” Barlow said in an article published by the outlet. “I have an incredible schedule in the entertainment world having lived and worked in Los Angeles and New York, and I had our branding at top-notch events.
McGreary said he explicitly stated in a November 2023 letter to Lisa and John that he expected the loan to be paid in full by the due date; Lisa seen in November 2023
But McGreary claims in her lawsuit that the couple has yet to return the money.
“We created unique spaces. It’s experiential marketing: we created everything from large concerts to exclusive parties in mansions in Park City, New York and Los Angeles. By the following year, LUXE was a success in every aspect.”
In the article, Barlow also highlights the importance of networking and maintaining business alliances.
“As an entrepreneur, I’ve learned that all good relationships are give and take,” Barlow said. “Both give and both take, but you can’t both take. I’ve built and sold multiple brands and I want to continue doing that.”
