Chelsea Handler has told Kyle Sandilands that he should try Ozempic on Friday’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
After Kyle, 52, mentioned how his weight affects the size of his manhood, the American comedian and television star, 48, suggested the drug used by many celebrities to lose weight.
‘Why don’t you try some Ozempic to get a bigger penis?’
Kyle’s co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson agreed: “I told him that, you should try it.”
Jackie, 49, has repeatedly denied that the drug was behind her spectacular 18kg weight loss.

Ozempic, an appetite suppressant previously used to treat type II diabetes, has seen a rise in prescriptions for obesity in recent years.
Now many celebrities use it to maintain a slim figure.
Jackie has always insisted that she managed to lose weight by attending WW (Weight Watchers), for which she was an official ambassador.

But speculation recently began again after WW, under the leadership of CEO Sima Sistani, began adopting semaglutide drugs such as Ozempic.
Reacting to the news late last year on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, Jackie exclaimed: ‘That makes it look like I was definitely on Ozempic!’
And he added jokingly: “I was like a guinea pig in that experiment.”
Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has previously denied Ozempic was behind her dramatic 18kg weight loss.
News anchor Brooklyn Ross then asked Jackie if she was “upset” about having to lose weight “the hard way” instead of just using semaglutide as a quick fix.
“I mean, they make a good point and I’m really impressed that they’re on top of it,” she said.
“You see a lot of people doing it and having success and it’s actually not that hard for them.”
