Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks opened up about how she stays slim and trim after turning fifty.
The mother-of-two, 51, spoke to DailyMail.com about her fitness secrets while gushing about her partnership with Silk to promote its vanilla almond milk.
“I do Pilates and yoga at least six times a week, which keeps me limber and lean,” she said.
“I also watch what I eat,” stressed the reality star, who is now switching to a more plant-based diet.
‘I like a little meat. “A steak and a piece of bacon are some of my favorite things sometimes, but I’m trying to limit that,” he continued.
“So Silk almond milk is something I’ve incorporated into my diet because it’s a better option for me.”
And he added: “Silk versus milk, honey.” Fewer calories, 50 percent more calcium and the taste is great.’
The lawyer, who competed on the latest season of Dancing with the Stars, has also continued to hit the dance floor as a way to stay in shape.

“I don’t dance eight hours a day because Dancing with the Stars is a full-time job, but I still dance and they have a studio here in Atlanta,” she explained.
“I don’t dance every day, but I’m definitely still dancing and (Val Chmerkovskiy) and I hope to make some appearances together.”
Phaedra, who was the breakout star of The Traitors last season, also said she’s sad to see Real Housewives stars like Dorinda Medley eliminated so early this year.
“I hate how they go against my Housewives sisters,” she said.
“What people don’t realize is that Housewives brings unmatched entertainment value,” he continued.
“So having my baby Dorinda exiled the first night broke my heart because I know she would have been so good.”
However, Phaedra was less enthusiastic about Chanel Ayan, who was eliminated right after Dorinda.
“I talk to Dorinda all the time, but Chanel is not someone I usually talk to; we don’t like each other, but I definitely think she’s pretty entertaining.”
The 51-year-old is a big fan of yoga, Pilates and dancing to stay fit.
Real Housewives of Potomac’s Robyn Dixon and New Jersey’s Dolores Catania are now the only two Housewives left on the series.
Some loyal Bravo fans are now threatening to pull the plug on The Traitors due to Dorinda and Chanel’s early departures.
‘I’ve seen enough!! We need a traitor season for all the housewives. This goal is nonsense,’ one raged.
“Traitors should implement a rule that Housewives can’t be eliminated until five episodes,” another fan posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The reality star, who promotes Silk almond milk, has switched to plant milk because it has fewer calories.

A third added: “Looks like housewives are now just accessories to #Traitors.” They use them to promote themselves and then send everyone home immediately.
Another fan criticized RuPaul’s Drag Race star Bob the Drag Queen, who has become the most ruthless traitor so far this season.
“I will not support the traitors at all… how are you going to kill Dorinda and Ayan who were providing us with all the entertainment?” they wrote.
“Bob knew they were going to steal his screen time and he couldn’t allow it.”
Another posted: “Interesting take: Bob, the Drag Queen WISHES she could give him Phaedra and I’m incredibly upset with him in episode three.”
