The couple were holding hands before a dinner date at Masons restaurant, with Rhian, 36, turning heads in a thigh-skimming brown minidress as they walked inside.
A slouchy black blazer gave the look a stylish edge, while knee-high boots completed her latest ensemble.
Accessorizing with a chic Gucci bag, Rhian inevitably turned heads while dining with former Coronation Street Oliver, 42.
The actor was equally stylish in a light blue sweater and double pleated chino pants, a look he completed with a pair of black slip-on sneakers.

The night out comes after Rhian has admitted that her latest round of IVF treatment had been unsuccessful.
Rhian and her husband, Oliver Mellor, have spent £75,000 trying to conceive but remain one of seven couples to have fertility problems.
On social media in July, he wrote: ‘It’s been an amazing month for me. It seems that IVF round 7 has failed.
“Please don’t send messages saying you’re sorry, I know you mean well, but it’s getting harder, I don’t want my barren ovaries to apologize too.”
Despite the setback, however, the stunner vowed to continue the treatment, declaring that she was going to “pick up and go again.”
She added: “I’m so thankful for everything in my life and I’m even more thankful for my mother who has made me such a strong person.”
Rhian also opened up about developing an eating disorder due to the stress of IVF treatment and her mother’s diagnosis of bowel cancer.
She detailed how she could only eat half a banana and a square of chocolate a day because eating made her feel like she was “choking.”

Rhian said she dreamed of having “four or five” little kids running around, but “now she’d feel lucky to only have one.”
Earlier this year, the model opened up about her anxiety diagnosis for the first time, revealing her lifelong phobia of being sick, which began when she was just three years old, led to panic attacks and left her hospitalized.
Speaking to former Love Island star Dr Alex George on the Stompcast podcast, Rhian admitted that her phobia of being sick has taken over her life and even her husband has had trouble dealing with his panic attacks and anxiety. .
She explained: ‘For the last five years I have been diagnosed with anxiety. But I’ve had it since I was about three or four years old and it wasn’t really a thing back then.
‘Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a bad time. I feel like he has taken over a lot of my life, but he comes from a phobia of being sick.
She added: ‘I have ideas of where it came from because I’ve had so many different types of therapy over the years. I have had hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), shock therapy.
And they pushed me back in a way, something I never thought was possible. I thought this was just ridiculous talk, but they managed to bring up memories I didn’t know I had. That was the hypnotherapy that did that.
