Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not shying away from the spotlight amid his sexting scandal with New York Magazine’s Olivia Nuzzi.
On Monday, Kennedy appeared at an event on Capitol Hill and posed for photos with prominent Republican lawmakers.
Ahead of Monday’s event, Republican Rep. Thomas Massie shared a photo with Kennedy and noted that they had dinner together Sunday night.
Fellow Republicans Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Chip Roy also shared photos with Kennedy, while Sen. Ron Johnson invited him to participate in a panel discussion titled, “American Health and Nutrition: A Second Opinion.”
The Washington tour comes at a time when Kennedy is reportedly considering suing Nuzzi over pornographic content she sent him.

Rep. Thomas Massie shared that he had dinner with former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Sunday night and shared the photo Monday morning.

Jessica Read Kraus, who writes the popular House Inhabit Substack, wrote Saturday that Kennedy is exploring his legal options. after Nuzzi allegedly “bombarded him with increasingly pornographic photos and videos.”
Kraus, who has generally covered Kennedy positively, wrote that Nuzzi pressed her for information about the now-former presidential candidate.
“There was an underlying current of fascination that went beyond journalistic intrigue and bordered on obsession,” he wrote.
“Nuzzi’s constant desire for updates, coupled with the tone of his questions, made it clear that he wasn’t simply reporting: he was spinning some kind of fantasy.”
“I could feel his emotional involvement increasing. In that shift, the gossip became less about politics and more about following and analyzing his every move,” Kraus said.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. participated in a Senate floor discussion hosted by Republican Sen. Ron Johnson on Capitol Hill on Monday.
She reported that those in Kennedy’s orbit believe Nuzzi was trying to “set him up.”
Nuzzi, Kraus reported, made a “flirtatious comment during a phone conversation,” prompting the independent candidate to block the prominent journalist.
Nuzzi then contacted Kennedy via email to ask him to unblock her number, “but later that evening, she sent him a provocative photo, prompting him to block her again,” Kraus’ account said.
Security expert Gavin de Becker is investigating the situation to see if Kennedy can file a civil suit against Nuzzi, Kraus said.
“It had nothing to do with romance,” De Becker told Kraus. “He was haunted by pornography.”
Nuzzi has not responded to DailyMail.com’s communication.
Kennedy dropped out of the presidential race in August, a day after the Democratic National Convention concluded, and endorsed the Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump.
Kennedy, a prominent anti-vaxxer, said he and Trump are aligned in their goal of getting Americans healthy again.
During his afternoon on Capitol Hill, Kennedy spoke about the overmedication of Americans and how concerned he is about microplastics being found in people’s brains.
She also said she didn’t eat anything that came in a package, insisting that Americans should stay away from processed foods.
Johnson, a Republican from Wisconsin, praised Kennedy’s work in this area.
“I don’t know anyone who has been more vilified, ridiculed, marginalized, canceled or paid such a high personal price for standing up for children’s health, for making decisions over the last two years and literally in the last month or two,” Johnson, a staunch Trump supporter, said of Kennedy.
