The long-awaited title fight between Frazer Clarke and Fabio Wardley was thrown into doubt after thieves stole the ring from a van.
Clarke and Wardley will finally settle their differences at the O2 Arena on Sunday night, with the latter’s British and Commonwealth titles on the line.
As with many big fights in the UK, Ringcraft, owned by Mike Goodall, will prepare the ring for this fight.
However, Goodall took to social media to reveal that a van containing half of the ring was stolen overnight.
He posted: ‘Sprinter identical to this stolen early morning on 30/3/24 from hotel car park in Canning Town area of ​​London… contains half a boxing ring for Sunday night Sky show , Reward for return’.

The fight was thrown into doubt when a van containing half the ring was stolen during the night.
The missing half of the ring was not found, but thankfully the show will go on after Goodall revealed she has a replacement.
“Unfortunately we still got lost, which caused us a lot of problems, but we reached the goal,” he said on Saturday night.
Goodall then added: “Good job, I have another identical ring.”

Clarke will hope to maintain his unbeaten record, but Wardley, who has a 16-0 record, believes the pressure is on his opponent.
