The 46-year-old woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a child under 16.
She is fighting the charges before a jury of eight men and four women.
On Monday, police said the social media influencer had consumed at least three bottles of wine and was heavily intoxicated during a party in early 2021 with the boy.
Crown prosecutor Emma Blizard claims the social media influencer climbed into the boy’s bed at midnight and kissed him before engaging in oral and penetrative sex with him.
However, her lawyer, Phillip Boulten SC, told jurors the woman admitted kissing the teenager while she was drunk, but denied going further.
Shortly after the allegations came to light, the court heard the teenager’s parents took him to the police station to make a report.
The father was questioned about his conversations with his son before the police interview, but he denied that he or anyone else had advised the teenager on what to say to police.
“On the contrary, it would have simply been ‘telling the truth,’” he said.
He told the court the 14-year-old boy revealed the alleged sexual assault after getting into trouble at school.
The father admitted he could have said he was disappointed, but said he was more concerned about his son’s mental health than his academic performance.
The court heard he believed the woman had “drank heavily” in the months leading up to the alleged sexual assault.

The woman smiled and nodded at the description.
