Katie Price’s ex Carl Woods appears to have finally moved on.
And MailOnline can exclusively reveal that Carl, 35, met his new beautician girlfriend Megan Bell, 25, while receiving treatment at her clinic.
A source told MailOnline: “Carl and Megan met a few weeks ago when Carl signed up for treatment at Megan’s exclusive clinic.”
It comes after they made their first public appearance together at the Silver Leas Polo in Hertfordshire over the weekend.
The source continued: ‘This was their first public outing together. Megan was seen stomping chops with Carl and enjoying the company of Francine Lewis, her husband Joel and her son Jake, who Carl has been friends with for years.
“They were very natural together; Megan is very beautiful; they laughed and joked and had a great time.”

Katie, who is now in a relationship with MAFS star JJ Slater, ended her two-year relationship with Carl in late 2023 (Carl and Katie in 2022).
Megan writes on her social media page @facesbymeganuk that she is an advanced cosmetic injector.
Carl shared a photo on Instagram in his living room on Monday, just hours after going public with the relationship on social media, and wrote: “Time to take the hot seat.”
The couple met up with Kieran and impressionist Francine Lewis, 48, who also shared photos of themselves in the group.
It’s Carl’s first time appearing with Megan, who posted photos from the day of her in a strapless tight white dress and heels.
He also posed with a giant pig in a single snap.
The outing comes five months after Katie began dating MAFS star JJ Slater, 31, with the pair saying they were “in love”.
Meanwhile, Carl and Kieran seemed to enjoy each other’s company as they drank beers before a lunch.
Carl wore a beige Ralph Lauren polo shirt that he paired with blue jeans and a black sweater tied around his shoulders.
Meanwhile, Kieran opted for a white shirt with a black blazer and beige skinny pants for the day.

The former glamor model married Kieran in 2013, but then split in 2018 after welcoming two children, Jett, ten, and Bunny, nine.

It’s not the first time the exes have enjoyed some downtime as they celebrated Easter Sunday together earlier this year, leaving Katie fuming.

‘But don’t worry, I will present my new house on my YouTube channel when I receive the keys and I will welcome you to my new house. I can’t wait, I just want to get rid of all the bad things in my house. the past and have a new beginning.
“Although I would love a big caravan, we wouldn’t all fit in, so it’s definitely not a caravan I’m moving into.”
In March, he filed for bankruptcy for the second time after failing to pay his taxes, saying the reason he is in debt is because he went through a “breakdown.”
Speaking on the Stripping Off podcast with Matt Haycox, Katie said she wasn’t even aware of the second bankruptcy and insisted: “I’ll pay it, but it has to be when I get it.”

She said, ‘Yes, you should always pay your taxes, this and that. But, obviously, I went through a crisis so I didn’t pay taxes and that’s where the bankruptcy came from.”
Katie has been given until June 26 to leave Mucky Mansion, which became the subject of a Channel 4 documentary when she attempted to breathe life back into the property one last time.
During an Instagram live last week, he confirmed that there will be no more renovation shows at the house, saying: ‘Will there be any more Mucky Mansions shows?’ No.’
She received an eviction notice on April 24 and was told to leave at the end of May, but her mortgage provider gave her an extension.
Katie was due to give evidence to the High Court about her finances last month but did not turn up because she was on holiday in Cyprus with her boyfriend JJ.
The ‘Mucky Mansion’ earned its nickname after years of property damage, including flooding, theft, mold, and even reports that it was haunted.
