The name of the Respawn Entertainment studio has been shining through the past few years, after the good performance it provided with its games, whether Titanfall or the battle royale game Apex Legends and even the Star Wars Jedi titles that achieved great success, and it seems that the studio is currently working on a completely new project that will be led by one of the well-known names in the studio .
Respawn Entertainment CEO Vince Zampella confirmed it in an interview Axiosthat they are currently working on a brand new title that a small team from the studio is working on, led by Steve Fukuda, who directed Titanfall and Titanfall 2. And not disclosing any details about the game makes us believe that it is still in an early stage of preparation.
The studio also has other projects currently in the works, as we previously confirmed, including a Star Wars shooting game, as well as a Star Wars strategy game being developed in cooperation with the Bit Reactor team. Perhaps after the success of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, we may get another part of it, as the game director expressed his desire to turn Cal Kestis’ adventure into a trilogy.
And with the Respawn studio still busy introducing new content and seasons to the Apex Legends game, Titanfall 3’s appearance in the limelight is a bit difficult at the present time.
