Wealthy residents of the Sydney harbor suburb of Cremorne have been angered by a “habitual vomiter” frequenting three affluent streets in the area.
According to one enraged local, the ghost vomit has been targeting paperbark trees near Benelong Road, where family homes are worth more than $3.7 million and rent for more than $2,500 a week.
According to an angry note written by the homeowner, the problem started “a couple of years ago” but has recently escalated.
“It happens about twice a week, usually between Thursday and Sunday nights,” they fumed, implying that the person vomiting might be drunk.
Wealthy residents of the Sydney harbor suburb of Cremorne have been angered by a “common vomit” frequenting three affluent streets in the area.
‘The last schedules were Friday the 9th, Sunday the 11th and Thursday the 15th,’ they declared.
They said they think it’s someone walking home after a night of partying and “needs to throw up before getting home.”
‘The person has a serious drinking problem or suffers from bulimia.
“It is not an isolated involuntary action, it is deliberate,” they wrote.
The letter’s author was concerned that native wildlife and dogs that “eat vomit” could be at risk.
Cremorne is a harborside suburb where houses are worth millions of dollars.
And he asked people to pay attention to their relatives, adding that it could be a “serious” health problem.
The post was quickly deleted, after sparking wild debate in the usually docile group.
Some people argued that the vomit could simply be dirty tree sap, while others told the letter’s author to mind his own business.
Others declared that the ghost vomiting must be stopped and that the council must be called to act.
