Some Arizona residents are furious that their backyard views were “destroyed” when a wall was built for a massive neighboring development.

Betsey Lawrence, a homeowner in San Tan Valley, says the construction of Ironwood Springs, a development project on a former golf course, is ruining her “freedom to get out and enjoy my backyard.”

She said the developer’s decision to erect an eight-foot-high concrete wall has blocked her picturesque views of the former camp and disrupted her daily life.
