Hollywood actor Michael Madsen has been arrested for domestic violence amid allegations that he pushed his wife over the weekend.
The Reservoir Dogs star was arrested by police for pushing his wife DeAnna Madsen, 64, before leaving her outside their home in the Los Angeles area. TMZ revealed.
And Madsen, 66, also allegedly had to spend part of his weekend in jail.
The Kill Bill actor was arrested shortly after midnight Saturday on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.
The scene looked chaotic when police were called to the home, but when they arrived, his wife was “safe with a security team.”
But police still wanted to arrest the actor after speaking to him and his wife.

A frequent collaborator of Quentin Tarantino, Madsen has starred in films such as Reservoir Dogs (1993) (left) and Kill Bill (2003) (right).
Madsen posted $20,000 bail and was released.
A rep for the star confirmed the incident to TMZ, saying: “It was a disagreement between Michael and his wife, which we hope will be resolved positively for both of them.”
Michael married DeAnna in 1996. Together they have three sons: Hudson, Luke, and Calvin. Sadly, their son Hudson died from a gunshot wound in 2022.
This recent arrest was not Madsen’s first run-in with the law.
In 2022, the Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood actor was arrested for trespassing at a luxury home from which he was evicted, DailyMail.com reported.
It was a $5.3 million Malibu mansion, just across the Pacific Coast Highway from La Costa Beach.
A source exclusively told DailyMail.com at the time: “Michael had been living in the house since last year but the tenancy agreement was in someone else’s name.”
The house was rented to someone else and several thousand dollars was owed in back rent, DailyMail.com has learned.
The landlord had been trying for the past two years to evict the tenants, but due to the Covid-related eviction moratorium, the legal process took several months to complete.

“The person who rented the house was taken to court and all parties were evicted, including Madsen, on February 17,” the source added.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., the homeowner received a phone call from his rental home’s security company saying that someone was trying to break into the house.
The homeowner, who lives a few miles from the house, came over and found Madsen on the front porch.
The homeowner quickly called 911 and a Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy came out and arrested Madsen, who looked disheveled, for trespassing.
Dressed in baggy jeans, a denim jacket and a partially unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt, the Kill Bill star was taken first to West Hills Hospital and then to the police station.
According to booking documents, he was given a $500 ticket for a misdemeanor and was released shortly before 7 a.m. Thursday.
Since his arrest, Madsen, who has been married three times, and the property owner have reached an agreement that will allow him to recover his belongings.

Madsen has had a terrible start to 2022.
Her arrest came just a month after her son, U.S. Army Sgt. Hudson Madsen, shot himself to death on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, where he was stationed with the 25th Infantry Division. Hudson was a veteran of the war in Afghanistan.
Hudson’s death came a week after his wife Carlie underwent surgery to remove a tumor from her breast.
“I’m in shock because my son, who I spoke to a few days ago, said he was happy; my last text was ‘I love you dad,'” she told Los Angeles Times.
“I didn’t see any signs of depression. It’s very tragic and sad. I’m just trying to make sense of it all and understand what happened.”
Madsen said her son’s marriage was “doing well” and that he had recently completed his first tour of duty in the U.S. Army.
Madsen’s arrest came just a month after his 26-year-old son Hudson died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound (pictured together in 2011).
Hudson Madsen shot himself a week after his wife Carlie had a tumor removed from her breast. She called him “very patient throughout the process.”
“He had the typical financial problems that people face in life, but he wanted to start a family. He was thinking about his future, so it’s incredible. I can’t understand what happened.”
Madsen has called for a full military investigation into his son’s death. The actor believes that “officers and enlisted men were shaming” Hudson for wanting therapy. He believes this prevented him from seeking help for mental health issues he had been keeping to himself.
In 2019, the actor was fired from a $100,000 role in the film Confessions of a Serial Killer after crashing his Land Rover into a pole and subsequently being arrested for drink driving. He was later sentenced to four days in jail.
In 2012, he was also arrested for drunk driving, but reached a plea agreement that involved attending AA meetings instead of harsher punishment.
However, after Madsen failed to attend court-ordered Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, his probation was revoked.
