So far, no arrests have been made in connection with Moore's death by shooting.

On July 16, 2014, Mia Henderson was stabbed to death in an alley in North Baltimore, visited by sex workers.

Three weeks later, Shawn Oliver, 46, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in killing Henderson.

He was acquitted in court in January 2017 after his lawyer successfully claimed that telephone reports placed him in a location outside the city while the victim was still alive.

Oliver is currently in jail for 10 years for unrelated drug conviction in 2015.
