Reese Witherspoon has settled her divorce from Jim Toth, just four months after filing the paperwork to end their 12-year marriage.
The Oscar winner, 47, and the CAA talent agent, 53, have both signed a marriage dissolution agreement according to TMZ.
The actress and producer – who were recently spotted on a romantic vacation with a new wife – have also signed a parenting plan for their 10-year-old son, Tennessee James.
The Legally Blonde star officially filed for divorce from Toth in April, a week after announcing the end of their marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split in court documents.
This is Reese’s second divorce. She previously split from Ryan Phillippe, 48, in 2008 after a 9-year marriage and two children: daughter Ava, 23, and son Deacon, 19.

Witherspoon and Toth’s divorce papers were filed in Nashville, Tennessee, where the couple lives with their son.
The documents reveal that the couple entered into a prenuptial agreement in March 2011.
Reese indicated that the contract was valid, “providing” adequate and sufficient provision “for their assets and liabilities,” TMZ reported at the time of the filing.
Reese noted that she would submit their prenuptial agreement and a permanent parenting plan for Tennessee for the judge’s approval.
As the divorce was filed in Davidson County, Reese and her ex-husband will now have to take mandatory parenting classes. They have 60 days to present a certificate of completion to the court.
The filing came a week after Reese and Jim announced their divorce on social media, just two days before their 12th wedding anniversary.
A source has since given some insight into their recent decision to end their marriage.

A relative of the two noted that the ambitious producer “has her hand in a lot of pots” and that Toth “prefers less frenzy.”
It was added that “they were spending less and less time together while she was working”.
More than a decade after getting married, the longtime duo “recently found themselves with fewer interests in common.”
Reese is described by a source as “stubborn and focused” and Jim is said to be “more laid back”.
The Pleasantville actress spent more time in Nashville in 2022 while working producing the Apple TV music competition show My Kind of Country.
She also knocked down a local house for almost twice the cost of what she paid for the house.
The Hello Sunshine mother-of-three’s company also produced the Amazon series Daisy Jones & the Six.
Reese also took care of the filming of the third season of The Morning Show, in which she stars alongside Jennifer Aniston.
Meanwhile, Toth retained a seat on the board of Flowcode, a technology company. Prior to that, he left talent agency CAA to work briefly at the failing streaming platform Quibi.
With the solemn announcement of Per Reese’s divorce shared last week, the duo have decided to go their separate ways with “great care and consideration”.
A source said the partners had “worked through” their issues and the divorce “took a long time”.
