The 48-year-old Hollywood icon was all smiles while out and about in the Big Apple earlier this week on Monday.
The outing came just a day before news broke of Reese’s rumored romance with German private equity financier Oliver Haarman.
Reese wore a chic short black dress with a pink sweater over her shoulders, a shiny gold necklace and classic Wayfarer sunglasses.
Her feet were clad in a sophisticated pair of black and pink strappy backless flats, while her blonde hair was styled in a sleek updo.

Reese is reportedly in no rush to start a new relationship after splitting from Jim Toth last year after 12 years of marriage.
After romance rumors with Haarmann recently sparked, a source revealed that People that the star is not prioritizing dating, for the moment.
The source revealed that the Oscar winner “is taking things slow when it comes to dating.”
“She enjoys it, but she doesn’t want it to be the center of attention. She’s busy with work and her son,” the source said. “Those are her top priorities.”
Although the source insisted that Witherspoon and Haarmann, 56, are just “friends,” the couple recently found themselves at the center of unexpected dating rumors.
In the photo, obtained by DailyMail.com earlier this week, the actress and Haarmann are seen arriving at a helipad together before heading to an apartment building on July 29.
The next day, they had dinner together at L’Artusi in the West Village.
Earlier in the week, she enjoyed some quality time with Gwyneth Paltrow and Cameron Diaz in the Hamptons.
