Reese Witherspoon looked happy and relaxed as she took her Frenchie dog for a walk in her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, after she officially filed for divorce from her husband of more than 10 years.
Exclusive photos obtained by DailyMail.com show the Legally Blonde star, 47, casually dressed in black leggings, a tie-dye sweater, sunglasses and a baseball cap as she walks her dog, Minnie Pearl, around the park on Sunday with a friend.
Notably absent from her outfit were her wedding and engagement bands, though the actress did try to hide her bare fingers by wrapping her dog collar around her hand when the paparazzi saw her.
The actress was also seen talking on the phone before her friend, just days after she and her estranged husband, Jim Toth, filed for divorce.
The celebrity couple cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation and must now take parenting classes for their 10-year-old son, Tennessee.

Witherspoon and Toth, 52, had previously announced on social media that they were getting a divorce.
The Big Little Lies actress and talent agent wrote, “We have some personal news to share… We have made the difficult decision to divorce with a great deal of care and attention.”
We have enjoyed many wonderful years together and move forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together.

Sources close to the actress said the divorce was a “very bad secret” as Witherspoon and Toth found themselves “two completely different people.”

The actress has also kept busy filming the third season of The Morning Show, in which she stars opposite Jennifer Aniston.
Meanwhile, Toth retained a seat on the board of directors of Flowcode, a technology company. Prior to that, he left talent agency CAA to work briefly at the failed streaming platform Quibi.
