Reece Walsh is looking to make a statement in the NRL grand final but, judging by his reaction to his pre-match outfit, he’s already achieved that goal.
Walsh has enjoyed a sensational debut season with the Broncos, leading Brisbane to the biggest game in football with Kevin Walters’ side aiming to dethrone Penrith in Sydney tonight.
The Maroons star has become one of the best players in football and on Sunday night he proved he has a great eye for fashion as he took to the Accor stadium in style.
The young fullback was spotted wearing a huge pair of sunglasses, which is understandable given the extremely hot weather in Sydney, but he didn’t even take them off when he entered the dressing room.

Walsh’s choice of attire sent footy fans into a spin, with some in favor of his bold fashion statement, while others weren’t too impressed.
“The hot sun must be affecting Broncos star Reece Walsh’s vision in the locker room,” one fan, now known as X, posted on Twitter.
“Reece Walsh looks like he’s about to hit the slopes,” said another fan.

A third fan posted: “Reece Walsh wearing Pit Vipers sunglasses in the locker room. I don’t know if I’m bored or impressed.
“I think Reece Walsh’s glasses are awesome,” said another fan. “People need to leave him alone and let him enjoy the ride he’s on.”
But one fan wasn’t convinced by Walsh’s fashion sense: “Reece Walsh Googled how to make himself look like a huge tool and then showed up with these sunglasses.”
