Devers is heading into his first season since signing a 10-year, $313 million contract in January. Having signed for the next decade, Devers unabashedly expressed his frustration with the team.

Last season, they went 3-7 in their final ten games and fell to the bottom of the American League East.

The Red Sox will open their season on March 28 with three consecutive West Coast series. They will first visit the Seattle Mariners before heading south to Oakland to face the A’s and Los Angeles to face the Angels.
