And on Tuesday, Rebel Wilson showed her weight loss in activewear when she completed a debilitating sweat session in Los Angeles.

The 39-year-old could be seen training in a clip that was shared on Instagram this week by her personal trainer, Jono Castano Acero, and repeatedly hits a wall with a weighted ball.

In the clip, taken at the Dogpound gym in LA, Rebel wears black leggings and a blue training shirt and a black cap.

The Pitch Perfect star combined the look with yellow Nike sneakers.

The exercise focuses on the upper body and specifically the abs and waist.

Jono has recently shared Rebel’s daily training routine.

Speaking with E!, Jono revealed that “results come through consistency,” before explaining how he created a personalized program for the comic actress.

During a typical week, Rebel works on intensive interval training, mobility, weights, resistance, technique and pace and only gets rest one day a week.

“Rebel and I only focus on enjoying training and getting the body moving,” Jono explained.

He encouraged everyone to get a personal trainer so that they “can be with you all the time.”

He also revealed that it was an ‘absolute pleasure’ to work with Rebel because of her sense of humor.
