It comes after Rebekah went up against her colleague WAG Coleen Rooney in a lawsuit with the verdict of Ms Steyn, who presided over the proceedings, which is expected at a later date.
The two WAGs fought it out in the Supreme Court after Rebekah alleged that Coleen defamed her when she claimed she leaked personal stories about her to the press, an accusation Coleen made in a bombshell social media post on October 19, 2019.
Coleen, whose husband Wayne is England’s all-time top scorer, claims the post was a ‘last resort’ after she came to the conclusion that someone was leaking information about her to the sun, but defended it as true.

Rebekah claims the post, published while she was pregnant, cost her a book deal and an endorsement for placenta capsules, while also acting as a lightning rod for people to abuse her on social media.
The trial, which has caught the attention of the British public, came to an end last month with a written statement from Ms Steyn, who chaired the proceedings, which is expected at a later date.
Despite the cost of the legal battle – believed to have cost both sides millions – Coleen is said to be confident she will win even if she misses the last day of the case to go on holiday.
During her absence, her attorney, David Sherborne, reprimanded Rebekah, calling her a “very unreliable witness,” while accusing her of lying to the court in her testimony.
The mother of four reportedly told friends that while the trial was a painful experience, she was happy that the public now knows “the truth” and believes she will win.

It comes after Rebekah’s second husband spoke out about his ex-wife and questioned parts of her testimony, most notably claims that she was “forced” to tell News Of The World about her affair with pop star Peter Andre.
Her tawdry kiss-and-tell story about the incident — in which she described the singer as “hanged like a little chipolata” — became pivotal evidence in the Wagatha Christie libel case gripping the Supreme Court.
Steve Clarke, who was her boss at the time and married her, shared how the couple lived a lavish lifestyle and how their marriage had broken down, feeling that she was using him as a ‘paycheck’.
In an exclusive interview with The Mail on Sunday, Steve mainly wanted to challenge Rebekah’s claim in court that he was an abusive partner who “forced” her to do the interview about Peter.

His report will raise further questions about Rebekah’s reputation, which has been shattered by her decision to sue Coleen for accusing her of leaking stories to the press. In his closing remarks, Coleen’s attorney, David Sherborne, said Rebekah was a “highly unreliable witness” and accused her of lying under oath about the “serious and deliberate destruction” of incriminating evidence such as WhatsApp chats.
Rebekah’s sincerity was called into question on the first day of the case, when Mr Sherborne gagged her about leaking stories and respecting people’s privacy — and read excerpts from her News Of The World interview from 2003 with disparaging remarks about Peter having ‘the tiniest trouser outfit I’ve ever seen’.
On the witness stand, Rebekah said, “I was forced into a situation by my ex-husband to do this. It’s something I deeply regret.’
But her ex Steve claimed the decision to tell all to the tabloid was Rebekah’s after she saw a newspaper call for stories about contestants in an upcoming series of ITV’s I’m a Celebrity. “Becky said to me, ‘Oh look, I have to tell them about Peter Andre,'” he said. “I asked her why she would want to do that and she replied that it would be some money for her and that it would be funny. I told her to do what she wanted.’
Jamie was largely absent from the Wagatha Christie case and was criticized by attorney David Sherborne for failing to testify, choosing to issue a press statement accusing Coleen’s husband Wayne of “talking nonsense” in court.
The two sides will have to wait weeks or even months for the outcome of the case.
