She said the That ’70s Show alum introduced her to “girls and actresses who were excited to use my product” in the early days of her career.

“And that’s all I can say,” he concluded. ‘I did not participate in the case. I don’t have details.’

Masterson was accused in 2020 of forcibly raping three women in separate incidents between 2001 and 2003 when they were part of the Church of Scientology.

In January 2021, Masterson pleaded not guilty to all three charges.

Masterson was ultimately found guilty of two counts of rape in May 2023, while the third count of rape resulted in a hung jury.

In September 2023, he was ordered to serve 30 years to life in prison.

Earlier this year, Masterson was denied bail pending an appeal in January due to fears he would try to run.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo said at the time that he “will likely remain in custody for decades, and perhaps the rest of his life” if “the defendant’s conviction and sentence are upheld on appeal.”

Minkoff previously spoke about being a member of the Church of Scientology for most of his life and it was there that he crossed paths with the now-imprisoned actor.

The designer, who also identifies with the Jewish faith, is the first Real Housewife in franchise history to identify as a Scientologist.

He even talked about his faith on season 15 of the Bravo reality show.

In a 2021 profile in The New York Times, he spoke about his faith.

‘I’m totally open. But my job is not to proselytize.

The reality TV personality said people are often confused about her beliefs because she identifies as Jewish and a Scientologist.

“I think there’s a lot of confusion when people hear the word ‘religion’; you immediately hear that I pray to L. Ron Hubbard,” he said.

About Scientology, he said there is “horrible misinformation.”

‘I study it, take classes and that’s it, and it’s helped me stay focused. I don’t have all the answers. When I needed someone, it was a place to go to get some answers.’

In her second episode, Minkoff was questioned by her RHONY castmates about her faith.

When Brynn Whitfield asked Minkoff what she wanted them to tell the press if they asked her about her religion, she told them to “make no comment.”

The council received a mixed response from women who noted that response often “doesn’t work.”

Minkoff then told them: ‘I just tell people, ‘If you’re curious, read a book.’ That’s all.’
