The footage was captured on the tennis court in the backyard of her $ 7.3 million mansion in Brighton, Melbourne.

“As promised in my stories – my HIIT training thanks to Keep It Cleaner,” she wrote in the caption, referring to the training program co-founded by Steph Claire Smith.

The mom of four designed the 20-minute workout using her favorite fitness app exercises and dubbed it the ‘Bec Burner.’

In the footage, she flaunted her tight midriff in leopard-print training shorts and a black Jaggad crop top while performing various burpees.

Then she flashed through the rest of the workout, including squat jumps, bike crunches, and toe touches.

Her natural beauty shone as she performed the routine makeup for free and was swept into a high ponytail with her long hair.

Rebecca added that people who try the training at home can ‘customize’ the session to help them achieve their own goals.

The TV and radio host previously told Daily Mail Australia that she likes to keep her diet relaxed, but always strives for a healthy dinner.

Her day on a plate includes muesli for breakfast, focaccia for lunch, and meats and vegetables for dinner.

She also revealed that her children are not picky eaters, which is undoubtedly a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners.
