She wiped her hair in a high ponytail and completed her look with stud earrings and a full face of makeup.
Reflecting on the debilitating training she had just survived, Rebecca wrote in the caption: “Umm, just an easy little introductory course [laughing emoji]. I have done Pilates for ten years, but I never like that. Whoah- what a great workout. ”
“Give us a few weeks and it will be us [flexed bicep emoji], the socialite added.

During last Monday’s episode, Rebecca’s co-host Monty Dimond said: “You know, the most frequently asked question about you when people know I work with you? It is literally: “Eat them?”
While listeners undoubtedly shrank at Monty’s revelation, Rebecca took it in her stride and simply replied, “I know.”
To put the rumors to rest, Monty added: ‘Yes, she eats! She is a pig! “
‘Yes, she eats! She is a pig! “During the episode, Rebecca’s co-host Monty admitted that her most frequently asked question about working with Bec is whether the WAG actually eats
Rebecca then quickly changed the subject, which is perhaps not surprising considering the research she has undergone on her skinny physique.
Rebecca admitted last year that she had to delete her Facebook and Twitter accounts due to ‘skinny shamers’.
She told Sunday Life: “I’m good at blocking and deleting. I always left [negative comments] up there and it would grow and fans would weigh. “
