The couple first met in Perth, but Chris wanted to move back to his hometown and that was a deal breaker for him.
“When we first went out, he said” to let you know I’m a Melbourne boy and I’m going back very, very soon, so if you’re done with that, we can be together. Otherwise, if you think you are going to live in Perth for the rest of your life, nup ‘,’ Bec explained.
She said she loves moving between states to be with her husband.
“I met him when he was drafted into the West Coast Eagles and then moved to Carlton in Melbourne,” she said.
“I loved coming to Melbourne, we had been together for a while.
‘I was like,’ yes, I really love you, I love Melbourne, that’s cool! ‘
She added, “We ended up in Melbourne when I was 25. Career and paths, it ran out. ”

She said that being with Chris (36) made her an adult.
“When I was younger, I was so bad at admitting mistakes. Never wrong, I would never say sorry, it was a confession, “she explained.
“He was much more mature than me. The same age as me, but if he was wrong he would always admit it. When I saw him admit things, I felt a little ashamed of my inability to do so. ‘

It comes after Bec reveals that she and Chris almost broke up at the beginning of their relationship.
She said she was reminded of her own heartbreaking moment while watching the movie Stan Series Normal people, since the main character Marianne Sheridan is going through an almost identical situation.
In the show, male love interest Connell Waldron tells Marianne that he sees someone else – and Rebecca recalled one night Chris had done the same.
“I recently watched it with my husband and there is a piece in the show that evokes so many memories that I had actually forgotten,” she explained on her KIIS FM radio show, the 3:00 pm Pick up.
They came close: it came after Bec revealed that she and Chris broke up almost at the beginning of their relationship because he saw someone else
“It reminded me when [Chris] Juddy and I were first connected when I was, I think about 19. We only had a little bit of contact.
“He had this event to go to and I didn’t really expect to be invited to that event because we were just together. But I didn’t expect him to invite his ex-girlfriend instead of me! ‘
Bec further explained that Chris had told her about his date last minute and he invited his ex-girlfriend because she had already bought a dress for the event.
According to Bec, she was so “broken” that she almost broke up with him then.
“It totally set us back, I think another five or six months. So he and I were on and off for 18 months because none of us could really tell each other what we really thought, even though we were mad at each other, ”she revealed.
