Courtney Stubbs surprised her fans by opening up about the health scare she experienced on her recent vacation to Bali.

The Love Island Australia star, 26, who is traveling with fellow Married At First Sight star Jack Millar, 28, and their baby daughter Penelope, shared the story on Instagram on Wednesday night.

In it he did not skimp on graphic details.

‘It definitely wasn’t on my Bali bingo card to catch a parasite and end up in hospital. “Very scary health scare for me and Jack literally saw some shit,” Courtney began.

‘Thought labor was in full swing but let’s just say this explosion left no secrets between us lol.

“I’m glad I can laugh now, but not being able to contact an ambulance while I was having a seizure was beyond terrifying.”

‘I was filled with anxiety for the rest of our trip, just eating and drinking after the experience. Having access to clean water and hygiene is something I take for granted!’

Courtney and Jack’s trip to Bali was filled with unexpected drama, and earlier this month, she took to Instagram to ask her followers for help after finding a “seriously injured” man on the side of the road.

The Australian reality TV star and her partner discovered American tourist Nariman Vaziri in a “life or death situation” after a serious car accident.

He took the man to the hospital in critical condition, but doctors were unable to operate on him without permission from a family member.

Courtney uploaded a video to her 112,000 followers asking them to help her find Vaziri’s family so she could receive life-saving surgery.

“It’s an emergency in Bali, we are trying to find details of this gentleman’s family,” she told her fans.

‘We have contacted the American consultation and they cannot contact his family. He is very seriously injured, it is life or death. We have tried to call everyone.

Luckily, Stubbs was inundated with helpful messages from her followers and later revealed that she was able to find Vaziri’s mother.

They went on to say that Vaziri successfully received the surgery he needed and is now in stable condition.

Courtney added that although she was happy, she could now laugh about the ordeal - it was very scary at the time.
