And Matty ‘J’ Johnson and fiancé Laura Byrne embraced the Christmas spirit on Thursday when they dressed up as Santa and Mrs Claus respectively.

Matty shared their efforts on Instagram, covering his muscular physique in a Santa suit and adding gold glasses for good measure.

“Fits like a glove,” Matty wrote of an image of him posing in the mirror.

Meanwhile, Laura looked as giddy as she could get dressed as she baked shortbread in the couple’s kitchen, dressed as Mrs Claus.

Laura still managed to look like a timeless beauty in the graphic red dress while donning a blonde Marilyn Monroe wig and glasses.

Matty and Laura then got hold of their children Marlie-Mae, two, and Lola, nine months, and danced like a storm to Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas.”

Their jingle bell rock comes after the couple bought a $1.87 million property in Bangalow, which is located in Byron’s backcountry.

The couple met with a real estate agent in November and posed for pictures in front of the ‘sold’ sign with their children.

The engaged couple appeared in good spirits as they closed the deal.

In 2018, Laura revealed that the couple was “saving really hard” to buy their own home together.

Their new pad has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a two-car garage. It also features hardwood floors, white high ceilings and a lush lawn.

The pair met on The Bachelor in 2017 and got engaged in 2019.
