The Bachelor’s Bella Varelis called out a troll who threatened her in a series of vile messages on Instagram.
The former reality star turned influencer shared a photo of the cruel message she received after posting a video showing off her outfit.
“I would kick her if I ever saw her,” the troll wrote.
Bella replied: ‘Well, why would you follow someone you want to kick? It sounds very contradictory, doesn’t it?
She also posted a picture of the message exchange and said, “Honestly, some people on the internet are horrible.” This girl, who follows me, responded to my story instead of forwarding it to her friend.
“Honestly, it disgusts me when someone verbalizes their desire to physically harm another human being. You have no idea what someone else is going through mentally and one small negative comment can make someone go viral.’
Bella explained that she decided to ‘name and shame’ the woman because ‘if you’re not happy about them putting your name on the words, they shouldn’t have come out of your mouth.’
The reality star also shared a video of her story, thanking her fans for their concern following her post.

‘I get a lot of messages asking me if I’m okay. “I’m fine, but I’m upset because it’s a really disconcerting feeling to think that someone wants to physically hurt me,” she said.
“No one should have to feel like they can leave their home and be physically harmed.”
“I don’t tolerate that behavior and that’s why I named her and shamed her. Especially with everything that’s going on in this world and the abuse that’s happening in Australia, it’s disgusting and disgusting.”
Bella said she tries to create a “happy, positive environment” on social media and wants to show women that it’s “important to stand up for yourself.”

Bella then burst into tears and added: “There are a lot of other things going on outside of my online life.”
“I try really hard to keep my personal life private, but I’m also open about my mental health with you guys and I’m not doing very well right now, so that bothered me a little bit right now.”
