The 20-year-old is heading into his third season at the club after joining initially on loan from Monaco, before completing a £160m move a year later.

In that time Mbappe has won two Ligue 1 titles and scored 60 goals from 87 appearances in all competitions.

However, the club have suffered disappointment in Europe, losing in the last 16 of the Champions League for two consecutive seasons.
