- Real Madrid is leading the race to sign French sensation Eduardo Camavinga
- The teenager is sought after by many elite clubs in European football

- It is said that if the real legend leaves, Camavinga will reconsider his move
New doubts have been cast over Eduardo Camavinga’s proposed move to Real Madrid, with manager Zinedine Zidane’s future uncertain.
Camavinga, 18, is one of the most coveted young talents in European football and is overseen by a host of elite clubs.
After indicating that he wanted to leave Rennes this summer, Camavinga turned Madrid on red and a deal looked good, but now the confusion over Zidane’s job would have added an element of doubt.
Eduardo Camavinga’s proposed move (left) to Real Madrid is questionable, and Zinedine Zidane’s future (right) could have a major impact on whether the transfer takes place.
According to reports in Spain, this could leave the door open for Chelsea and Manchester United to make their move.
Spanish outlet AS report that “the relationship between the player and the coach has grown so much that Camavinga does not think about leaving until this summer with Los Blancos as the final goal”.
It is noted that “his desire to work with Zidane is the reason he made this decision,” but the all-action midfielder is aware that certain doors should not be closed at this stage.
The all-action star has been identified by Madrid as the man to rebuild their midfield all around
Despite being only 18, Camavinga is already one of the most prominent stars in Ligue 1
With Madrid slowing down the pace at LaLiga and facing Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in the Champions League quarter-finals, there is a good chance that Zidane could finish the season without taking any major credit for the club.
It has been reported that Madrid are already lining up to replace Zidane’s former teammate Raul, while also making contact with soon-to-be-departing German boss Joachim Low.
After recently switching agencies, Camavinga is now represented by Super Agent Jonathan Barnett, who has also taken on the careers of Gareth Bale and Jack Grealish, among others.
Barnett is well versed in making huge Premier League plays, which could be an encouragement to both United and Chelsea.
Camavinga, whose current deal with Rennes expires next summer, is expected to cost between £ 30 and £ 50 million.
