It will all come to a close during the season 14 finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey airing on August 4, followed by the alternate reunion airing the following week.

Filming began in August 2023, but for the new season, Season 15, “filming is likely not to resume until 2025,” a source exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com.

‘There won’t be any decision on what will or won’t happen with the program until early next year.’

The source continued: “There will be no more filming of RHONJ for the rest of the year. Nothing is planned. It’s on ice.”

The current cast includes Teresa Giudice, Jennifer Aydin, Dolores Catania, Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, Danielle Cabral and Rachel Fuda, as well as friends Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Fessler.

“Everyone is waiting to see what’s going to happen,” the source shared, adding that rumors that some cast members have already been fired “are not true.”

“Cast for the new season won’t be decided anytime soon. Bravo isn’t rushing into casting. It won’t even begin to take shape until next year.”

The source added: “However, there are some cast members who are less likely to return than others based on certain events that unfolded in the final season. But, for two or three cast members, it could be over for good.”

DailyMail.com has learned that names of new cast members based in the Garden State are already circulating.

“Bravo is actively looking for new housewives, not only in New Jersey, but for the other franchises as well. They are always looking for new talent to drive better ratings.”

The latest episode of RHONJ reportedly garnered 589,000 viewers, which is “the lowest for a new series.”

When pressed to explain why everything is on hold, the source said: “I think they don’t know what to do. They don’t know what to do because it’s almost like a puzzle where you’re trying to put the pieces together so they make sense.

“And there are very few pieces of this puzzle that make sense to viewers right now.”

Meanwhile, a second source revealed to DailyMail.com that Andy Cohen is “not ruling anything out” as to what comes next.

“There could be a cast shake-up with only a few cast members returning, there could be a reboot, or RHONJ could be cancelled altogether – nothing is off the table,” the source said.

‘Bravo has not set a timeline for when filming will resume because literally no one knows what’s going to happen and it will take time to figure out the next steps.’

DailyMail.com has reached out to Bravo representatives for comment.

RHONJ lead actress Teresa Giudice (seen in 2022), who recently said she will “never again” film with her brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa Gorga, told DailyMail.com that she will follow Bravo’s orders and do “whatever Bravo wants me to do.”

During the July 29 segment of Andy’s Live on SiriusXM, the Housewives producer dropped the bombshell that the cast might have “new faces.”

After one person called to complain about the current season, Andy, 56, chimed in: “We’re rebooting the show.”

“We’re going to reboot it,” Cohen added. “We’re going to do something different.”

The caller went on to talk about Teresa’s presence on the show, before Andy appeared to try to finish his speech.

“Okay, okay. Well, we’ll see what we do. We’ll see,” the Watch What Happens Live host said, seemingly annoyed, as they ended the conversation.

“I don’t know. Maybe they’re just new faces. We’ll see,” he concluded.

Two days later, Andy clarified his viral comments after shocking viewers that there would be a “reboot.”

“I was just winging it,” the Radio Andy host confessed. “We’re going to reinvent the show in some way, and I thought, ‘Yeah, let’s reboot it… Who knows? Maybe it’ll be new faces.’ And that was my frame of mind.”

He went on to say that it was “not new news” and added: “I wasn’t saying definitively that it was going to be just new faces.”

Meanwhile, RHONJ OG Teresa Giudice, who recently said she will “never again” film with her brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa Gorga, told DailyMail.com that she will follow Bravo’s orders and do “whatever Bravo wants me to do.”

“They are the bosses. Bravo is the boss,” the 52-year-old said. “So whatever they want, I’m not leaving until they want me to leave.”
