Teresa Giudice battled anxiety stemming from legal troubles involving her husband on Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.
The 52-year-old reality star left close friend Dolores Catania, 53, worried for her well-being due to the stress she was feeling due to her husband Luis ‘Louie’ Ruelas being sued by his ex.
“Teresa is a mess,” Dolores told co-star Jennifer Fessler, 53.
“I know. She’s been really stressed,” Jenn said.
“Do you think it weighs about three pounds?” Dolores said.

Dolores then shared a recent conversation she had with Teresa while on her way to her live podcast event.
“On the way there, Teresa called me and said, ‘I have anxiety that’s beyond anxiety.’ And she said, ‘If I pass out, please call 911. I’m not okay,'” Dolores said.
“There’s a court case going on now. That’s all I’m allowing him to tell me. I don’t want the details, the fucking details, because if they come out, I don’t want to be blamed. I don’t want to ruin a court case. Whatever happens in court…” Dolores said.
“Me neither,” Jenn said.
In a confession, Dolores gave further details: “There is currently a court case against Louie and that has taken Teresa’s life.”
“I see a shadow of what I used to be,” Dolores told Jenn.
In a confession, Dolores added: “Teresa can handle everything on her own. But I think Louie gets angry and Teresa feeds off of that. And now worrying about Louie and what’s going on with him is killing her.”
Dolores suggested to Jenn that they try one “last effort” to get everyone together and resolve their differences.

Jennifer Fessler also acknowledged that Teresa has been under a lot of stress.
A restraining order filed against Teresa’s husband, Luis Ruelas, was stressing her out.
Jenn agreed and texted Rachel Fuda, 33, that she would be attending her sleepover after previously declining the invitation.
Earlier in the episode, Teresa spoke to her daughter Gia, 23, as she studied for law school exams about Louie’s court case.
“My daughters are like me. They are hard workers. They are not lazy, they are entrepreneurs,” Teresa said in a confessional.
Teresa added that she was grateful that Gia went to college and graduated and noted that Gia will be the first lawyer in the family.
“If Gia wants to be a lawyer, she becomes a lawyer. Whatever her heart desires,” Teresa said.
She asked Gia if her father Joe Giudice knew she was studying law.
“He’s very happy. He already calls me a lawyer. I tell him I’m not a lawyer,” Gia said.
Teresa noted that Joe did not graduate from high school or get his GED and that she only went to college for two years.
“And my vocabulary isn’t very good. Okay, look at my kids,” Teresa said.

Teresa told Gia that she and her sisters had been through a lot and that it had made them stronger and noted that she was going through a difficult time too.
“I definitely see you’re still going through a lot with the Louie case,” Gia said.
“Gia, it’s been really stressful,” Teresa said.
“His ex is like obsessed with him,” Gia said.
“He has been going to court with her for three years,” Teresa said.
“Yeah, she’s crazy,” Gia said.
In a confessional, Teresa said that Louie’s ex recently filed a restraining order alleging that he has been stalking her.
“She’s basically been trying to ruin his reputation. That’s not done. You don’t lie about someone or try to hurt them in any way. That’s not done,” he told the camera.
Teresa told Gia that Louie’s court case had caused her so much stress that it gave her a headache.

He also blamed Margaret Josephs, 57, for being behind the court case and said that was the reason he hated her so much.
Teresa shared in a confessional that she was making plans to have her lawyer James Leonard explain the situation to her friends.
“James Leonard is not representing Luis in this case. He is my lawyer, but he has been following this case the whole time. He knows it like the back of his hand,” Teresa said.
During the episode, Rachel was shown preparing to host her sleepover.
“The last few times these women have gotten together, it hasn’t gone so well, but I hope the atmosphere will help everyone have a good time,” she said.
Entertainment at the party, which Teresa did not attend, included a lipstick reader and lots of sex talk.
Dolores took advantage of everyone’s good mood to suggest a group trip.
“We had a great time last year. We went to Ireland, we took a trip. There are a lot of good things here, but we are devastated. We are a little broken right now,” Dolores said.
He stressed that it is necessary to overcome conflicts and offered himself as an example.
“Once you do it a little bit, it starts to become second nature. That’s how I started… that’s how I got along with Frank when I got divorced,” Dolores said.

“Leave it to us,” Dolores said.
All the women at the sleepover agreed to go on the trip and then they all had drinks together.
