Miami Real Housewife Lisa Hochstein has been accused of shoving and verbally assaulting her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein during an altercation at their home.
The plastic surgeon, 56, claims the Bravo star launched a violent tirade against him on May 10 after entering the bedroom they shared in their $10million Star Island mansion.
Lisa, 40, reportedly missed her combined bathroom and closet after Lenny entered the bedroom to retrieve her mail where she usually leaves it, according to new documents filed by Lenny and seen by Page 6.
After running out of the bathroom, Lisa’ surprised [Lenny] engaging in a verbal tirade demanding to know why he entered the master bedroom,” according to the legal filing.
Lenny said he pulled out after Lisa started pushing him, but the reality star “kept chasing and following him while yelling at him”.

He claims that Lisa could have closed the bedroom door after leaving the room, but instead chose to escalate the situation by calling 911 and describing him as “the attacker”.
Miami Beach Police Department officers responded to the call, but decided there were not enough probable grounds to make a domestic violence arrest.
Responding to the new allegations, Lisa told Page Six “I had to call the police a long time ago because of Lenny’s behavior.”
She claims Lenny entered the bedroom without her consent when she was not fully dressed and refused to leave, calling her names and taunting her in front of the children.
Lenny filed an emergency motion for temporary full custody of the former couple’s two children.
Earlier this month, the surgeon, dubbed Miami’s ‘Boob God’, claimed Lisa was ‘bleeding him financially’ amid their contentious divorce.
He said Lisa ‘engaged in a course of action to bleed’ [Lenny] from a financial point of view” and “billed more than $10,000 to [Lenny’s account].’
Lenny also claims in the papers that Lisa “shockingly” spent $4,000 over the course of a “week and a half,” says her spending “constitutes a marital mess” and asks the court to discipline her for her “taking silver”.
In a separate filing, Lisa alleges that Lenny “disabled” her access to Instacart, Uber and Uber Eats grocery stores, which she says violates a previous order.
She also alleges Lenny made her feel ‘threatened’ by making ‘unannounced visits’ to their former marital home – and claims he once showed up with his mother and called her a ‘criminal’ and “verbally reprimanded” her in front of their children.

She further claims that Lenny told her that she would “go to jail soon” and that their children would “soon have a better mother” – Lenny is currently dating model Katharina Mazepa, 27.
Lisa is now fighting for sole use of their Miami home, despite a prenup that says she has to move out.
The couple argue over their prenup, with Lisa wanting the deal canceled while Lenny wants it upheld.
Lisa sued for months in court to award temporary child support, telling the court she was unable to buy essentials such as food and diapers when he disabled her credit cards .
Lenny denied the claims, saying Lisa could have purchased both with an Insta-Cart app which he linked to his bank account, while calling his financial demands “excessive”.
Lenny – who married Lisa in October 2009 and filed for divorce last May – began dating Austrian model Mazepa following the split.
Late last year, he claimed in court that Lisa was out of control with her spending, racking up $9,000 for designer clothes in a single week.
During the fifth season reunion of Real Housewives of Miami that aired in March, Lisa admitted her spending habits were a factor in her split from Lenny.
