Kim Kardashian's ex-boyfriend Ray J claims someone trying to kill him

Kim Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend Ray J claims he was “shot” by someone trying to kill him, two weeks after he had a heated exchange with three of Diddy’s children.

On Tuesday, the 43-year-old R&B singer shared a black-and-white video of himself telling his fans that he was recently the target of an alleged shooting.

blacks tried to shoot me, tried to kill me… and you want me to apologize, black? ‘Fuck you!’ he said in a recording, uploaded to his Instagram Story, which ended with him waving his finger at the camera.

The Mississippi native appeared angry as he continued his expletive-laced tirade, which alluded to a dispute with an unknown person or group of people.

Nowhere in the video did Ray J indicate who he believes shot him or provide any further details about the incident or whether it was reported to authorities.

Her post comes just weeks after she reportedly got into a fistfight with Diddy’s sons, King Combs, Quincy Brown and Justin Dior Combs, outside influencer Tara Electra’s Unruly Agency Halloween party in Los Angels.

At that time, sources informed TMZ that the rap mogul’s children confronted the singer over public comments Ray J made about Combs amid his legal troubles.

According to the outlet, the brothers surrounded Ray J and began to confront each other and hit each other’s chests. The source reportedly made it clear that two of the sons, Justin and Christian, were ready and eager to fight.

However, singer Chris Brown had seen everything from his car and ran there. He calmed the situation with Ray J’s manager, David, distancing the brothers.

The outlet was also told that others attempted to intervene and help stop the fight, which did not result in any injuries.

The brothers had reportedly approached Ray J three times before to discuss the singer’s comments.

Ray J said he was always open to having that conversation with Combs’ children, but was willing to fight with the three after they made disrespectful comments, TMZ reported.

The outlet also reported that Ray J still considers Diddy and his children family, but refused to be “fooled” by “little kids.”

It’s unclear if the alleged shooting had any connection to Ray J’s argument with Diddy’s children.

Combs is currently being held at the notorious Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center since he was arrested on September 16 on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

The same jail, with approximately 1,200 inmates, currently houses R. Kelly and Sam Bankman-Fried and is currently under federal investigation for violent incidents over the years.

Since his arrest, more than 120 victims have come forward while Combs maintains his innocence.

Last month, seven new federal civil lawsuits were filed against Combs alleging that he sexually assaulted or raped the plaintiffs in separate incidents between 2000 and 2022.

Combs’ lawyers are trying to get the rap mogul out of jail and filed an appeal with the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court after two judges refused to release him on bail. This will be discussed on November 4.

Larry Levine, director and founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants, revealed that Combs receives daily psychiatric visits to monitor his mental health and preferential treatment.

‘My sources tell me that (Combs) receives additional rain every week. I don’t know how many. It probably varies. They are giving him extra privileges,’ he said.

Levine also said Combs will be a major target among his fellow inmates because of allegations of sexual assault of minors.

And he added: ‘He has a solitary existence. He has a target on his back and you know…it’s a fact that he has too much against too many people.

“Someone is going to have to get him out and it won’t be the inmates who are there because they can’t get to him.”

Combs is scheduled for a criminal trial in May 2025.
