Rashee Rice’s mother will not face punishment after being charged with package theft in October.

Doorbell camera footage showed Marsha Kearney taking a neighbor’s package — full of singer Chappell Roan’s records, according to TMZ — and Rice’s mother was charged with a misdemeanor as a result.

However, TMZ reports this Monday that the case was dismissed.

Citing documents from Tarrant County, Texas, TMZ reported that Kearney has agreed to comply with several conditions, including a theft intervention program and 24 hours of community service.

She also paid $125 in restitution, it was reported.

Kearney turned himself in on October 15.

In a video of the alleged theft obtained by TMZ, a woman walks past the camera wearing a “Momma-Rice” sweater with the number 4 on it and looks straight into the lens as she passes.

A moment later the woman returns and pushes a package away from the door with her foot.

While she thought she was out of the camera’s view, the woman is seen bending down to grab the package, lifting a box and then walking away.

Earlier this year, Kearney was also accused of stealing a number of household items from a man, including food, cups, laundry products, merchandise and socks. The case was ultimately dismissed on June 4 after Kearney appeared in court and met unspecified conditions, a court official told TMZ.

Rice himself was also involved in a major incident with police in April, when he was caught running from the scene of a horrific high-speed crash on a Dallas freeway. Four other vehicles were damaged in the accident, which could have been fatal.

Rice was ultimately charged with aggravated assault, hit-and-run causing serious bodily injury and six counts of hit-and-run causing injury.

The second-year wide receiver, who caught seven touchdowns as a rookie, hasn’t played since suffering a serious knee injury in Week 4.

He is not expected to return this season.
